CANCELLATION POLICY

We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment without a fee. This allows us to offer the slot to another client and keep our schedule running smoothly.

If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service total will be charged. This fee compensates our detailers for the time they've set aside for you.

No-shows will be charged a fee of 100% of the service total.
