Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between VIP Detailing ("Contractor," "we," "us," or "our") and the client ("Client" or "you").

By booking or using the services of VIP Detailing, you agree to the full terms of this Agreement.

VIP Detailing agrees to perform the car detailing services selected by the Client at the agreed-upon location, date, and time. The scope of work is limited to the services outlined in the booked package and any agreed-upon add-ons.

To ensure a high-quality and efficient service, the Client agrees to the following:

• Vehicle Preparation: The Client must remove all personal belongings, valuables, and trash from the vehicle before the service begins. The Contractor is not responsible for any lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle.
• Site Access: The Client must provide a safe and legal location for the service to be performed. This includes ensuring access to a water source and an electrical outlet, unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Disclosure of Information: The Client must inform the Contractor of any pre-existing conditions, damages, or special circumstances regarding the vehicle (e.g., aftermarket paint, sensitive surfaces, or biohazards).

• Pricing: The price for the service will be the amount quoted at the time of booking. The Contractor reserves the right to charge an additional fee for vehicles with an excessive level of dirtiness (e.g., heavy pet hair, mold, or biohazards). Any additional fees will be discussed and approved by the Client before work proceeds.

• Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit card, and e-transfer.

• Notice Period: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a fee.

• Late Cancellation/No-Show: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to be present at the scheduled time, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will be applied. This fee is non-negotiable and compensates for the lost time.

• Vehicle Operation: The Client authorizes VIP Detailing to operate and move the vehicle as necessary to perform the agreed-upon services.

• Pre-Existing Damage: The Contractor is not liable for any pre-existing damages, scratches, or wear and tear on the vehicle. We will inspect and document visible damage before the service begins.

• Limitation of Liability: In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by the Contractor, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

By using our services, you grant VIP Detailing permission to take photographs or videos of your vehicle for marketing and portfolio purposes. We will not include any personally identifiable information without your explicit consent.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.

By booking a service with VIP Detailing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Service Agreement.
